It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Dean Grimes (Larned, Kansas), born in Burrton, Kansas, who passed away on April 24, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Grimes and Neva Barger Hedrick Grimes; and his brothers, John Price and Richard Warner. He is survived by: his wife Patsy D. Clapham; his sons, Darin Grimes, Trent Grimes (Glenda) and Wood Heights; and his siblings, Patricia Appel of Anna, Texas and Donald Warner of Shawano, Wisconsin. He is also survived by three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
