He was predeceased by: his mother Donna L. Vandehey Slattery; and his brother Jimmy Slattery. He is survived by: his father James O. Slattery (Donnetta) of Dodge City, KS.; his children, Ashleigh Slattery of Manhattan, KS., Jeremiah Slattery (Abigail) of Larned, KS., Ricky Slattery of Larned, KS., Christopher Slattery of Larned, KS. and Christian Slattery of Larned, KS.; his siblings, Tom Slattery (Bridget) of Thomas, OK. and Lisa Statton of Grove, OK.; and his grandson Nathaniel Slattery.
