It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonardo B. Mabugat (Larned, Kansas), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Querubin Mabugat and Purificacion Mabugat; and his sister Vilma Quiambao. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Cuevas Mabugat; his daughters, Sonia M and Elenita M. Rios (Ric Rios); his siblings, Querubin Mabugat and Zenaida Magboo; and his grandchildren, Donovan M. Eaton, Jonathan M. Eaton and Isa M. Rios.
