He is survived by: his mother Veta May Gregory Burris; his children, Lori Wilson (Bob), Curtis McAlister (Deb), Kevin McAlister (Cindy), Deanna Harrison (Chris) and Donnie Stejskal (Cheryl); and his siblings, Laveta Furthmyer, Fredia Burris, Wanda Dodson and Glenn Burris. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
