He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Armstrong and Hazel Armstrong (Hartman); and his siblings, Earl Armstrong, Don Armstrong and Loal McMillan.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie (Jeannie); his children, Aaron Armstrong, Eric Armstrong (Jen) and Alicia Spitler (John); and his granddaughters, Lela and Mina Spitler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
