She was predeceased by: her parents, Benton Ezra and Margaret I. Remley Rice; her spouse Dale Otte; her daughter Jennifer Finger; and her sister Judy A. Kirby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Blakesley (Rick) and Kim Gevara (Steve); her sister-in-law Lois Schimmels; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Fisher (Matt), Matthew Finger (Janae), Jacob Finger (Kat), Audree Senestraro (Adrian), Emile Frantz (Dylan), Tanner Blakesley (Claire) and Bryce Gevara (Madison); her great grandchildren, Jenna Fisher, Sarah Fisher, Grace Fisher, Emmet Fisher, Caden Finger, Jayce Finger, Kaysen Finger, Isabel Finger, Maddison Senestraro, Maia Senestraro, Maddex Frantz, Brynley Frantz and Avery Blakesley; and her pet Sophie.
