It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith (Judy) Ann Tullis (Larned, Kansas), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Steup and Judith Roe Briggs Steup. She is survived by: her children, Peter and Gail. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
