He is survived by: his spouse Lisa D. Sallee; his son Kevin Holt (Kista) of Larned; his stepchildren, Mychall Allen (Sharee), Christopher Glass (Hanna), Marcus Glass and Debbie Jakel (Larry) of Montgomery, Alabama; his sister Norma Sue Lindley of McAlester, Oklahoma; and his granddaughters, Kathryn, Abigail and Olivia Holt.
