He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walton and Maude Ester Phillips Busenbark; his son James Phillips; and his great grandchild Riddick Issac Turner James. He is survived by: his spouse Meribeth Mae Turner; his children, Janet James (Andrew) of Raymore, MO and Eric Busenbark (Jennifer) of Lenexa, KS; his grandsons, Phillip Dale James of Kansas City, MO, Elijah Turner James of Raymore, MO and Eric Brandon Busenbark of Kansas City, MO; and his great grandchildren, Emma James and Bentlee James.
