He was predeceased by: his sisters, Julie Smith and Debra Harbert. He is survived by: his significant other Lucille Serpan; his children, Zeb Smith (Kayse) and Moriah Mitchell; his siblings, Sheri Kendall (Eric), James "Bub" Smith Jr. (Annette) and Steven Smith; and his grandchildren, Blake, Kyle, Emma, Kayla and Zakk.
