Hays of Larned, Kansas, born in Russell, Kansas, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hays and Johnita Zink Haines (Zink); his stepfather Cecil Haines; and his brother Mark "Sparky" Hays. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Albee; his brother Gerald Hays (Sandy); his nephew Devin Hays; and his grandchildren, Imani Cullum, Preston Cullum and Ava Curry.
