He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Jones and Charlene Hook; and his siblings, LeRoy Hook, Kevin Jones, Curt Whaley, Rita Denning and Georgia Tammen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Buddy Hook, Tom Cady, Cody Whaley, Keithetta Duff, Melinda Williams, Stacee Anderson, Trish Warren and Cherie Shaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
