He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Kazmaier and Donna L Covert Kazmaier; and his siblings, Merridy Kazmaier and David Kazmaier. He is survived by: his son Cary (Cheri); his brother Michael Kazmaier (Judy); his grandchildren, Leigha, Lydia, Adrianna Kazmaier, Camdyn, Colin, Jaren Schreiber, Breonah and Kristionah Lippard; and his great grandchildren, Evelynn and Elias Woodring. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
