He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert L. Deege and Leta E. Leapley Deege; his wife Phyllis Barstow; and his sisters, Eloise Beasley, Glennis Lierly and Ada Lee Stedman.
He is survived by: his children, Jon Deege (Shirley), Deborah Noble of Lombard, IL and Denise Erdman (Charles). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
