He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Vincent and Charlottie Verlen Dick Bussard; his wife Rebecca Edith Wren; his brothers, Dean, Jerry, Max and Harold Bussard; and his stepmother Lena Rae Long Bussard.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Converse; his siblings, Willis "Willy" (Susie Doggett) of Mulhall, OK and Carmen (Don Conard) of Edinburg, VA; his granddaughters, Savanna Converse of Larned and Jaci Converse of Larned; and his pet JJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
