She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William O. Dickey and Alice Lucile Dickey (Lynch); her husband Robert Ratliff; her son Kelly Joe Chance; her brother Dr. Gary Dickey; her son-in-law David Vratil; her granddaughters, Carrie Vratil and Amy Yeager; and her great grandchild Sam Doherty.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Nix (John), Cristi Carr (Terry), Cathy Allison (Doug), D. J. Chance (Ann) and Cory Chance; and her brother Dr. William C. Dickey (Karen). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
