He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moyer and Catherine Moyer; his former wife Ginna; and his son Robert Moyer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia H. May; his children, Tom Moyer (Cindy) of Topeka, Kelly Abernathy (Warren) of Leavenworth and Amy Moore (Cecil) of Lenexa; his grandchildren, Julie Simonis (Joey), Dennis Abernathy (Jessica) and Walker Moore; his great grandchild Elam Abernathy; and his stepgrandchildren, Melissa Lattimore and Stephen Hernandez.
