With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Thornton of Lansing, Kansas, born in Custer, South Dakota, who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Mary Etta Morgan (Redman); her husband Billy L. Thornton; her son Harry Thornton; and her stepdaughter Barbara Tyree.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Braa (Bart) of Weston, MO and Roy Loder (Susan); her stepchildren, Susan Arn (Dennis), Joyce Newman (Mike) and Steve Thornton (Neva); and her sister Shirley Morgan. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
