Parks, Leila A Parks, Jennifer L Parks, Krysta Black-Mazumdar, Katie Black-Myers, Sarah Hiatt, Rebecca Percifield and Randi L Day; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Jerlion, Alicia, Malik, Aiden, Merida, Matthias, Aurora, Roselynn, Henry, Rohan and Hadley; her great great grandchildren, Scarlett and Khloe The; and her sibling Oaks Rehab.
