He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester N. Parker and Anna B. Parker (Kruseburg); his former wife Jolene Susan Copper; his wife Wanda Elaine Eagle; his sons, Todd Parker, Scottie Parker, Joel Parker and Joshua Parker (Crystal); his stepchildren, Scottie Keller, Atchison, Adam Keller and Stephanie Garrison (Josh); and his siblings, Richard M. Parker and Marilyn JoAnn Adams. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to help kids with dyslexia or the Lancaster United Methodist Church and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
