It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Zishka of Lancaster, Kansas, born in Valley Falls, Kansas, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Zishka and Leona B. Zishka (Shughart); and his siblings, Paul, Don, Harold, Leo Zishka and Rose Perkins.
He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Shaffer; his sons, Jeffrey Zishka of Canfield, OH and Jason Zishka of Greenville, SC; his siblings, Mary Kane of Atchison, KS, Helen Whitlock of Dearborn, MO, James Zishka of Dallas and Marvin Zishka of Basehor, KS; and his granddaughter Alexis Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Humane Society and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
