It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lola Brooks (Lakin, Kansas), born in Prowers, Colorado, who passed away on August 24, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold; her daughter Carla Cohen; her great grandchild Nathan Unruh; her siblings, Scott Bezona, Paul Bezona, Richard Bezona, Alfred Bezona, Dean Bezona and Betty Melton; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Bezona, Mary Bezona, Joyce Bezona and Ralph Wieman.
She is survived by: her parents, Otto Ervin and Ida Rebecca Bezona (Armour); her daughter Marla Pariseau (Tom) of Nixa; her siblings, Lois Wieman of Pueblo, Pete Bezona (Jean) of Syracuse and Roy Lee Bezona (Judy) of Walsh; her siblings-in-law, Jessie Melton of Granada and Jeannie Bezona of Granada; her grandchildren, Aaron Brooks, Emilee Thomas, Michelle Unruh (Marshall), Nichole Brunk (Brian), Joel Pariseau (Jeanine) and Kelly Pariseau; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Brian, Kaitlin, Elise, Shine, Taylor, Michael, Andrew, Jordyn and Gregory. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
