He is survived by: his wife Rita Maxine Samuels; his children, Lydia Howk of Tatum, Kirk (Pam Klotz) of St. George and Daniel Klotz of Stinnett, Texas; and his grandchildren, Melissa Rae Klotz, Jeremy Daniel Klotz, Kory Nolan Klotz, Cristin Kay Klotz and Amanda Renee Klotz.
