She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Bandy and Florence Bandy (Tuttle) of Lakin, Kansas.; and her daughter Lynn. She is survived by: her husband Noel; and her daughter Laura. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; former coworkers; and countless loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastridge Presbyterian Church, or the Capital Humane Society.
