He is survived by: his wife Trisha Martinez of Dodge City; his mother Dora Martinez of Lubbock, TX; his son Sylyn Martinez of Dodge City; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Gall of Dodge City and Isabelle Gall of Dodge City; his siblings, Rudy Martinez III (Tina) of Liberal, Billy Martinez of Garden City, Cory Martinez of Lubbock, TX, Aaron Martinez of San Diego, CA, Juillian Martinez (Brittni) of Garden City, Joseph Ross (Andie) of Lubbock, TX, Petra Martinez of Lubbock, TX and Paige Cooler (Pete) of Hollis, OK; and his grandparents, Rudy Martinez (Rose) of Amarillo, TX and Mary Lou Mendez (Gilbert) of Great Bend.
Through his organ donation election, Ivory was able to give life through successful donation of several organs.
