She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Ellsworth and Ruth Ann Herrin (Tarwater). She is survived by: her husband Earl E. "Blackie" Cox. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 34 Great-Grandchildren & 17 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
