It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Easther M. Appelhans (Lakin, Kansas), born in Garden City, Kansas, who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Harold L. Green; her stepson Clarence (A. J.); her brothers, Leonard Lee Green and Robert Duane Green; and her nephew Robert Daniel Green.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard O. Miller; her son Christopher Wayne; her husband Andrew Appelhans; her grandson Kevin Chavez; her great grandchildren, Seth, Cena, Syrus, Alison and Serenity; her grandson Benjamin Corn; and her sister-in-law Joyce of Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Easther requested that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimers Association or Diabetes Association in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home; 620 N. Main St., Garden City, Kansas 67846.
