He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Neff and Mary Neff (Waechter); his wife Cleone Frieda Kauffeld; and his brothers, Vernon, Arthur and Harold.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen M. Neff of Dodge City, Kansas; his grandchild Athelred Davis (Brittin); his great grandchildren, Ayrton and Emersyn; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Neff and Pauline Neff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
