He was predeceased by: his wife Chloe Ann. He is survived by: his children, Linda Cruse (Randy) and David Stewart of Tucson, AZ; his grandsons, Jonathan Ghilino of Kansas City, KS and Dylan Cruse of Kansas City, MO; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Isabella, Lucas and Alice.
