Raymond E. Newby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Newby of Labette, Kansas, who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl J. Newby and Irma M. Newby (Wucherphenig); his wife Alberta M. Harris; his children, Bill Newby of Oswego, KS, Alan Newby of Collinsville, OK, David Newby of Broken Arrow, OK and Carol Jackson of Bettendorf, IA; his sister Thelma Matthews (Newby); and his great grandchild Abbey Jackson. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M., Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Travis Ball officiating (wearing masks will be preferred).
