He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Ross and Mildred L. Croghan Ross; and his wife Linda Filtingberger. He is survived by: his children, William Kent Ross and Rhonda Lee Ross; his siblings, Charles Ross and Cindy McIntosh; and his grandchildren, William Ross, Heather Sides, Greg Campbell and LeAnna Campbell.
