Jarvis Gilbert; and his sister Patsy Rupp. He is survived by: his wife Diane Burchett; his children, William Gilbert III, Michelle Pankau, Jennifer Grindle and Chandis Kee; and his siblings, Tim Gilbert and Ruth Reed. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
