He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Bledsoe and Harley Wier; his former wife Glenda Davenport (Weir); and his nephew Adam. He is survived by: his sons, Roland Weir Jr. (Leslie) of Iola, Anthony Weir of Roeland Park and David Weir of Olathe; and his sister Judy Snow of Parker. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
