He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Theodore Sr and Nannie Mae Driskill Rhynerson; and his siblings, Lawrence, Ralph, Jim, Frank and Ruth Bullock.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Charles Rhynerson Jr, Beverly Smith, Ronald Rhynerson and Barbara Rhynerson; his siblings, Oscar, Wilma Stainbrook, Alice Rose and Pearl Scott; and also Deborah. He is also survived by five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
