He is survived by: his former wife Mary Rose Batcheller; his wife Josie Bittenbender; his children, Mike, Joe Glaze, Gail Kuklenski, Susie Glaze and Cheryl Crowder; his siblings, Earl Glaze and Mary Lou Sparks; his grandchildren, Laurie, Steven, Ricky, Lisa, Anton, Alex, Walker, Mindy, David, Michelle, Antonio, Regina, Johnny, Amanda and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Jasic, Ashley, Ryan, Lillie, Violet, Jasmine, Levi, Rece, June, Tyler, Emma, Lilli, Haiden, Wade, Regan, Josie, Gabriel and Anthony; his great great grandchild Jacoby; and also Karin Campa.
