Jacobs (Sally) and Diana Lynn Bakeberg (Randy); her grandchildren, Tyson Jacobs (Tami), Broken Arrow, Aaron Jacobs (Jennifer), Andrew Jacobs (Amanda), Alex Jacobs, Austin Jacobs, Adam Jacobs, Katrina Jacobs and Megan Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Leslie Stanley, Taryn Jacobs, Teagan Jacobs, Jovie Jacobs, Knox Jacobs and Reverie Jacobs; and her siblings, Dan Ochs, Jr., Norma Jean Foos and Donna Smolik.
