She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Staab and Pia Staab (Geist); and her brother Willard Staab. She is survived by: her children, Janel Weigel (Rick), Jillane Koochel (Patrick), Jerilyn Stull (Michael), Joyce Temanson (Bill) and Glenn Herrman (Shanon); her grandchildren, Nicholl Beam (Tyler), Nathan Weigel, Rachel Thompson (Tyler), Christopher Koochel (Lindsey), Emily Koochel, Ethan Koochel (Stephanie), Tayler Stull, Colby Stull, Eli Temanson, Aden Temanson, Isaac Temanson, Brett Herrman, Blake Herrman (Kynadi) and Brooke Herrman; her siblings, Kenneth Staab (Charlene), Wayne Staab (Louetta), Lyle Staab (Ann Marie), Donna Fisher and Carol Elias (James); and her sisters-in-law, Florence Herrman, La Crosse and Patricia Staab. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (918 Lincoln St, La Crosse, KS 67548). A rosary was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the St. Joseph's Cemetery - Liebenthal.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Thomas More Prep Marion High School, Hays, St. Michaels Catholic Church, La Crosse, or Locust Grove Village, La Crosse.
