He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Shabowich and Halina Shabowich (Dubiago). He is survived by: his wife Lucile Shabowich; his sister Irene Shabowich; his half-siblings, Antonas Shabowich of Vilnius Lithuania, Elizabeth Sovyrina, Vilnius Lithuania and Larisa Jemeljanova; and also Prague.
