She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob M. Herrman and Mary Herrman (Heronema); her husband Arthur "Art" Risser; her stepson Arthur "Art" Risser, Jr.; and her siblings, Leonard Herrman, Edward Herrman, Reverend Gilbert Herrman, Esther Boxler, Abbie Rupp, Isabel Basgall, Edna Mehl, Irene Raniszewski and Pauline Sutton.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Mary Winn Ekstrom; and her brothers, Paul Herrman and Ralph Herrman. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family request memorials to St. Michael's Catholic Church, La Crosse, Kansas, or masses.
