He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Vaughn and Mary Cora Barlow (Barbie); his wife Judy Ann Clawson; his son Jeffrey Lynn Barlow; and his brother Adelbert Barlow.
He is survived by: his children, Robert E. Barlow (Debbie), Richard Barlow (Roberta) and Mary Garner. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
