He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Jean Engel of Joseph's Catholic Church; and his son Michael Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Saska Pfannenstiel (Greg) and Joe Lewis (Helen); his grandchildren, Jesse Lewis (Audrey), Danielle Pfannenstiel, Dalton, Joey and Wyatt Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Keaton, Jaxon, Addilyn Lewis and Atlas Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to St. Ann's Catholic Church, Olmitz, Kansas.
