He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry William and Katherine Ideker (Both); his children, Johnny Ray Ideker and Lisa Kay Ideker; his siblings, Vernon Ideker, Rosella Smith, Mildred Brauer and Evelyn Blattner; and his grandchildren, Jason Meckfessel and Brooke Meckfessel.
He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Blattner; his children, Lester "Sonny" Ideker, Jr. (Janel) and Vergie Anderson (Mark); his granddaughter Ashley Charlton (Joel); and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Olivia and Paloma.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to Locust Grove Village, La Crosse, Kansas, or Hope Lutheran Church, Rush Center, Kansas.
