She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob M. Herrman and Mary Herrman (Heronema); her husband Victor Basgall; and her siblings, Leonard Herrman, Reverend Gilbert Herrman, Esther Boxler, Edna Mehl, Irene Raniszewski, Pauline Sutton and Abbie Rupp.
She is survived by: her son Dale Basgall; and her siblings, Paul Herrman, Ralph Herrman, Edward Herrman and Ruth Risser. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
