She was predeceased by: her father Dan Schuckman; her significant other Francis Schaffer; her mother Rosie Schuckman (Schafer); her siblings, Ilene, Willard and Larry; her sons-in-law, Van Brighton and Mike Bogard; and her grandson Trevor Messenger.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Brighton of La Crosse, KS, Colette Schauf (Burton) of Columbia, MO, Jill Bogard of Lawrence, KS, Rory (Janis) of Topeka, KS, Eric Schaffer of Topeka, KS and Gina Cannon (Warren) of Georgetown, TX; and her siblings, Mary Lou Schaffer, Danelle Peters of La Crosse, KS, Marjorie Schaffer of Wichita, KS and Randy Schuckman of Wilson, KS.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
