It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monte Poague (Kirwin, Kansas), born in Phillipsburg, Kansas, who passed away on May 4, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leighton Poague and Betty Jean Poague (Briggs); his children, Lester of North Dakota, Leighton of Arizona, Tammy Kennedy, Priscilla Hankinson of Kansas and Regina Hall of Wyoming; and his sisters, Vickie Estrada and Peggy Winters. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren.
