He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Rathgeber and Norlene Rathgeber; and his close friend Dianne Shriegly. He is survived by: his daughters, Miranda Gilliland of Alva, Oklahoma and Melissa Rathgeber of Alva, Oklahoma; his brothers, Keith (Janie) of Kiowa and Scott (Charmaine) of Kiowa; and his grandchildren, KayLee, Kylee, Gracie, Cambrie Gilliland and Presley Shramek. He is also survived by nieces; nephews, and many friends.
