He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Shirley De Grange Smith; his brother Michael; and his granddaughters, Michelle and Mikiah Crouch.
He is survived by: his children, Misty Adair (Pat), Shane Smith (Alicia) of Alva, Oklahoma., Robert Willson (Nancy) of Keller and Sandra Birzer (Jeremy) of Wichita, Kansas.; his wife Jan Smith of Kiowa, Kansas; his grandchildren, Wyatt Crouch (Brittany Cunningham), Bridgitte, Weston Crouch, Austin Adair, Trinady, Olivia Smith, Brennan, Karsen Birzer, Gabriella and Lucas Willson; his great grandchild Josie Crouch; his siblings, Spencer Smith (Mary) of Kiowa, Doug Smith of Anthony, Sheila Mullenix (Michael) of Seymour, Indiana and Cheryl Ransom (Doug) of Wakita; and his pet Sadie Mae. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends.
