He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Looney and Annabelle Looney (Killingsworth); and his brother Jim Looney. He is survived by: his daughters, Briana Tallman (Jason) of Modesto, CA and Megan Looney of New York, NY; his siblings, Lee Looney of Jetmore, KS, Roseanna Poeverlein of Thayer, KS, Brenda Rowley of Wichita, KS and Vicki Rowe of Ponca City, OK; and his former wife Victoria Looney of Modesto, CA. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and nephews.
