He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Lavon and Paul Revere Troutman; his children, Robin Lane Troutman and Lori Jo Kelly; and his great grandchild Chance Lane Fox.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Cooper of Burdett, Sharon Troutman Newell of Kinsley and Dean Troutman (Marta) of Mesa Arizona; and his children, Tammy Habiger (Duane) of Kinsley and Scott Troutman (Joan) of Spring Branch, Texas.. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
