With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Downey of Kinsley, Kansas, who passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Mike T. Downey; her siblings, Stacey Downey, Sally Scott and Jack Downey; and her grandparents, Mike W., Nellie Downey, Leo and Virginia Gleason.

She is survived by: her son Ty Downey; her grandchildren, Hayden and Hollyn; her mother Elaine Downey (Gleason); and her siblings, Michele Casey and Kelly Downey (Cindy) of Dodge City.
